The mission of the Utah Parent Center (UPC or Center) is to help parents help their children, youth and young adults with disabilities and special healthcare needs to live included, productive lives as members of the community. It provides information on definitions for disabilities, resources depending on disability, and support programming for children with disabilities and their families.
